Jessica Ward is a leader in the integrated water management and stormwater space, bringing over 15 years of experience across the project lifecycle, from strategy and planning through to construction. Her goal is to bridge vision and delivery so that sound ideas are actually built.

As a trusted advisor to the public and private sectors, Jessica has delivered complex infrastructure projects alongside tailored precinct-wide strategies. Central to her approach is a deliberate focus on stakeholder and community engagement, ensuring projects are effective, genuinely valued and enduring.

Through her work, Jessica drives change in climate adaptation and advocates the principle that smarter water management and greener spaces build stronger communities.

Qualifications: Chartered Professional Engineer CPEng, Registered Professional Engineer Victoria, Bachelor of Environmental Engineering (Hons) BEnvEng(Hons), Masters of Engineering Science (Water Resources) MESc(Water Resources).
Skills & Accreditations: Hydraulic and Hydrological Modelling, Stormwater Management and WSUD (strategy, design, construction delivery), Integrated water management strategies, Stormwater harvesting design and construction.
Speciality: Integrated water management.
Known for: Uniting technical data with community values and synthesising this complex combination into a practical way forward.
