As a trusted advisor to the public and private sectors, Jessica has delivered complex infrastructure projects alongside tailored precinct-wide strategies. Central to her approach is a deliberate focus on stakeholder and community engagement, ensuring projects are effective, genuinely valued and enduring.

  • Skills & Accreditations: Hydraulic and Hydrological Modelling, Stormwater Management and WSUD (strategy, design, construction delivery), Integrated water management strategies, Stormwater harvesting design and construction.
